A cold front will continue to swing through the Northland this evening. As it, passes through two things are likely to happen. The first will be the isolated chance for some stray showers around the region with the flurry possible throughout the arrowhead. The second will be the much cooler air heading our way. Highs Thursday will be nearly 20°F colder or more.

Temperatures will take a sharp drop for at least a 48hr period. Overnight lows for Friday and Saturday morning will be 30° or less. Many areas up north Friday morning will see highs in the upper 20s. The good news is sunshine will return as well as warmth through the weekend. Temperatures look to become a little seasonable starting Saturday.
