ANTAKYA, Turkey (AP) – Nearly a week after earthquakes killed tens of thousands in Syria and Turkey, sorrow and disbelief are turning to anger. Many in Turkey have a sense that there has been an ineffective, unfair and disproportionate response to the historic disaster.
