In their search for a Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference (NSIC) championship, the University of Minnesota Duluth would have to get past Minnesota State University-Moorhead.

The Bulldogs trailed the Dragons for the first few minutes of the game then they become hot in the paint. Even with the Bulldogs making shots, the Dragons held on to a lead for the majority of the game and never looked back, as the Bulldogs fell 79-69.

Senior guard Drew Blair led the team with 31 points and seven rebounds. Austin Andrews knocked down 14 points, followed by Joshua Brown with nine.

The Bulldogs (23-9) will have their eyes set on Selection Sunday, March 5 at 10:00 p.m. CT.
