Solon Springs, Wisconsin’s own Dylan Taggart has committed to run cross country and track and field for the University of Minnesota Duluth (UMD).

He’s a three-time Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association (WIAA) cross country state qualifier, and finished sixth in the 800 meter in the WIAA state track and field meet this spring.

Taggart also set a school and conference record in the 800 meter with a time of 1:57.64.
