The McDonald’s All-American game is an all-star basketball showcase for the top players in the United States and Canada. This week one of the Northland’s own was been nominated to play.

Mountain Iron-Buhl’s Jordan Zubich is among nine Minnesotans to earn a preliminary nod, and the only one not from the Twin Cities area. In 15 games so far this season the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill commit is averaging over 26 points a game and sits sixth in the state with 399 points.
