The Cloquet softball team handled Esko on Monday, winning 9-1 on their home field.

A game that started slowly and in a pitchers duel slowly turned in Cloquet’s favor, as they put up the majority of their runs in the bottom of the third inning.

The win marks Cloquet’s 10th of the year, and they’ll try to make it 11 against Proctor on Tuesday, while Esko looks to bounce back against Greenway/Nashwauk-Keewatin on Tuesday.
