Cherry’s Asuma, Hermantown’s Soumis land on MBCA All-Star game rosters
Two Northlanders landed on the Minnesota Basketball Coaches Association’s (MBCA) All-Star game rosters.
Cherry’s Isaac Asuma and Hermantown’s Abe Soumis will compete together for Team Blue.
The four game event features 40 of the state’s top senior boys basketball players. In between the third and fourth games, the MBCA will announce the 2024 McDonald Award recipient, of which Asuma and Soumis were among the 36 semifinalists.
The 42nd annual series will tip-off Saturday, April 6 at Anoka Ramsey Community College.
