There’s plenty brewing at BoomTown Brewery & Woodfire Grill. The restaurant has three locations in Hibbing, Eveleth, and Duluth.

The Duluth location is the newest, opening in 2021.

The brewery is releasing or preparing to release a few new beers like the Trash Can Shandy.

“We have our wheat beer, and then we add pink lemonade to it,” BoomTown Brewer Dennis Holland described.

Another beer coming to the Hibbing location is a Bohemian-style Pilsner.

“It’s more hops than the German pilsner,” Holland said. “A German pilsner’s a little more milder.”
