The Lift hosts Nature Walks with Dr. Dylan

You’re invited to come for a nature walks with The Lift Team and Dr. Dylan.

We’ll meet every second Tuesday of the month throughout the Summer at 5:30 p.m. near the Hartley Nature Center.

Mark your calendars for June 11, July 9, and August 13.

We’ll hit the trails so make sure to dress and wear proper shoes for movement.

Dr. Dylan has told The Lift that being outside not only feels good, it’s good for you, “Being outdoors, especially when surrounded by nature, has many health benefits that are gained independently of physical activity. Most obviously are the mental benefits: improved mood, memory, and learning as well as decreasing symptoms of depression, anxiety, and aggression.”
