It’s the time of year for gifting, and Andrea Jang of Duluth Mom had a few suggestions for what to give and what not to give some of the most important people.

Jang polled Duluth Mom‘s Instagram followers and found moms had a much easier time listing what they are getting for others than what they want for themselves.

Gift ideas for moms:

• Pottery coffee mugs
• Reverse coloring books

She suggests avoiding things to do with exercise, physical appearance, or home maintenance unless she specifically asks for it.

For dads, Jan recommends anything they can tinker with or consume.
