A 23-year-old woman was arrested early Thursday morning for accidentally shooting another 23-year-old woman.
Duluth Police responded around 12:30 a.m. to North 1st Avenue E and East 2nd Street
The woman did have a permit to carry.
The victim was hit the hip area and taken to hospital for treatment.
