Duluth developer takes home award for redevelopment of Arrowpointe Medical Center

Titanium Partners is proud to have received a Project Award for their redevelopment of the Arrowpointe Medical Center.

Titanium Partners is proud to have received a Project Award for their redevelopment of the Arrowpointe Medical Center. They were one of hundreds of nominations to be a finalist.

This happened at the 2024 REjournal Real Estate Awards, which had over 1000 of the region’s commercial real estate professionals. REjournal holds this each year.

Once the main hub for UnitedHealthcare workers, the office space off Rice Lake Road has been turned into a destination for medical providers.

There are now ten tenants, including Arrowhead Surgery Center, Northern Neurosurgery & Spine, Dermatology Duluth, Northland Plastic Surgery, Retina Consultants of Minnesota, In Motion Therapy, and UnitedHealthcare.

Brian Forcier, CEO of Titanium, showed us around on Monday. There is 170,000 square feet, with about 22,000 available.

“The dream started when three doctors hired us to find space for their needs. And then the pandemic happened,” he explained. “We decided to go the medical office route. And the ease and safety of parking is a plus.”

There’s also a cafe in the middle, run by the Gumbeaux Guys. The public is welcome to enjoy it.

He’s thrilled they were able to bring home the award from Minnesota REJournal. “To be selected is one of my greatest career accomplishments.”
