Chilly Billy’s to stay open under new ownership

Good news for Chilly Billy’s fans. A group of buyers have stepped forward to buy the business and keep it open.

In a statement, new owners Adam Daoust and Andrew Weisz say they bring a wealth of experience and passion to the venture.

Both rooted in Duluth, they share deep connections to the community and a mutual vision to elevate the
experience at Chilly Billy’s while retaining its nostalgic allure.

“Chilly Billy’s Frozen Yogurt has been a beloved part of both Duluth and my life for years. We are honored to be entrusted with its legacy and are eager to continue creating cherished moments for families, friends, and visitors.”

The new owners are dedicated to upholding the classic frozen yogurt offerings that Chilly Billy’s patrons have grown to adore. And they will add a fresh array of flavors and toppings that reflect the ever-evolving preferences of frozen yogurt enthusiasts.

At the moment both the Mall location and BlueStone locations will remain open until the end of February but due to lease changes on the BlueStone location, Chilly Billy’s will be moving to an undisclosed location come Spring of 2024.

After opening the new location Adam & Andrew plan on expanding the Chilly Billy’s brand bringing in more locations in the coming years. The Mall location will stay open throughout the changes.
