Extensive fire damage to Hibbing house
Fire caused extensive damage to a home in Hibbing (Northland FireWire).
Shortly after 8:30 am Saturday, a fire was reported in Hibbing in the 2100 block of 41st Street East. Hibbing, Chisholm, Keewatin, Virginia, and Cherry Fire Departments responded to the house fire.
According to the Northland FireWire, the fire caused extensive damage to the home. No injuries were reported, and the home was vacant and under renovation at the time of the incident.
The cause of the fire is under investigation by the Hibbing Fire Marshal’s Office at this time.
