UWS, Northland take over UMAC weekly honors

Dynamic University of Wisconsin-Superior (UWS) duo Casey Teff and Jenna Anderson helped lead the volleyball team to a perfect 3-0 week, earning them Upper Midwest Athletic Conference (UMAC) offense and defense Players of the Week honors.

Teff racked up her fifth triple double of the season, while Anderson led the team with 85 digs.

Plus fellow Yellowjackets Protus Babaya and Derrick Moe repeated as UMAC offensive men’s soccer and cross country athletes of the week.

Joining them was fellow honoree, Northland College’s Jamie Colvill. Making 16 saves over two games he was named the UMAC men’s defensive Player of the Week.
