The University of Minnesota Duluth (UMD) women’s hockey team hosted St. Cloud State University on Friday for senior night.
UMD was back stopped by Jojo Chobak who pitched a 14 save shutout for the Bulldogs.
Gabbie Hughes got the first goal of the game, as UMD went on to win by the final of 3-0.
"Whether you’re finding the back of the net or not I think we had a great puck possession game for ourselves," head coach Maura Crowell said. Saw some good entries, lot of o-zone time, just trying to find ways to score goals against gritty defenses and good goaltending."
The teams regular season finale will be Saturday at 3:01 p.m against St. Cloud.
