M.I.B girl’s basketball falls in State Quarterfinals

The class A girls basketball state quarterfinals took place on Thursday between Mountain Iron-Buhl and Minneota.

It was the top seeded MIB Rangers taking on the unseeded Minneota Vikings.

Jordan Zubich led the way with 14 points for the Rangers.

They would then lead by 12 points 26-14 at half.

The Vikings battled back and forced over time with a Natalee Rolbiecki three with 20 seconds left.

As top seeded MIB fell to the twice defending State Champs Minneota 51-48.
