Huskies finish homestand with a win

The Duluth Huskies completed their home stand Saturday afternoon against the Wilmar Stingers with a win.
The Huskies came into this series after splitting the series with the Minnesota Mud Puppies.
Huskies up to bat, but the play was all about the Stingers catcher; as he threw it to second base trying to get Jd Rogers out, but he was safe.
Stingers at the plate a few innings later, with the high swing to center field; brings home a runner. Stingers on the board.
Later in the game, Huskies Eduardo Noguera’s short distanced ball line drive would send a runner home, a runner to second, but it wasn’t enough to avoid him from getting out.
The Huskies would go on to win 9 to 5 over the Stingers.
