Greyhound’s Charlie Sutherland set to become a Gopher

The Duluth East Greyhound’s Charlie Sutherland is set to become a Gopher.

Thursday on Twitter the third baseman announced his commitment to play baseball at the University of Minnesota.

Batting .382 this past season, he earned a U.S Baseball All-Region team 16U selection.

The now junior at Duluth East also spends time playing for the Minnesota Icemen, and Lakeview Tropics.
