Duluth Marshall’s Boos, Grand Rapids Keske commit to play college baseball

Duluth Marshall’s Mason Boos has committed to play for the College of St. Scholastica (CSS), while Grand Rapids’ Ben Keske is taking his talents to Iowa Central Community College.

As a junior last season Boos was first team all-Lake Superior Conference, leading the Hilltoppers in doubles, triples, home runs, runs scored and stolen bases. 16 for 16 on stolen bases attempts Boos also hit a .413 on the season with a .653 slugging percentage. He helped knock off number one Esko in the Section 7AA tournament to make a semifinal appearance.

Keske, primarily a center fielder, helped the Thunderhawks to a Class AAA state runner up finish last season to finish with a 19-8 overall record.
