Tonight will be cloudy with rain moving across northern Minnesota and into Wisconsin by morning. Isolated severe thunderstorms are possible before 1 am for areas north and west of the Twin Ports. Damaging winds are the main risk, but hail around half an inch in size has been reported this afternoon.

Rain amounts are expected to be under 0.5″, with most of the Northland seeing under 0.1″. Light rain may linger into Monday morning.

Monday will be cooler with afternoon highs in the sixties from the Iron Range to the international border. Temperatures will reach the seventies to low eighties elsewhere.

Another round of thunderstorms is possible Monday night for areas in Wisconsin. Burnett, Washburn, Ashland, and Iron Counties are at a risk for isolated severe thunderstorms as well as portions of Pine, Douglas, and Bayfield Counties.
