UWS men’s soccer bests CSS in bridge battle, UWS women fall at home

On Wednesday the University of Wisconsin-Superior (UWS) men’s soccer team took down the College of St. Scholastica (CSS), while the UWS women fell to Macalester at the NBC Spartan Sports Complex.
The UWS men defeated the Saints 6-0 earning their eighth straight bridge battle rivalry win. Josh Bellamy netted a hat-trick with one goal in the first and two in the second half. The rivalry series now sits 13-13-6.
Earlier in the afternoon UWS women’s soccer saw their seven game winning streak snapped falling 2-0 to Macalester.
