UMD women’s hockey’s Taylor Stewart transfers to Minnesota

University of Minnesota Duluth (UMD) women’s hockey defender Taylor Stewart is officially skating off to rival school the University of Minnesota Golden Gophers for her fifth year.
Last season with the Bulldogs she tallied eight points in 39 games.
Additionally, UMD announced Monday they signed Swedish Olympic defender Paula Bergstrom from Long Island University as a quality replacement.
