UMD women, men hockey teams announce roster updates

The University of Minnesota Duluth women’s hockey team announced that a top scorer for Penn State, forward Olivia Wallin, is transferring to the team.
This news comes after scoring 17 goals and 34 points last season as a junior.
Wallin also becomes a Bulldog with two more seasons of eligibilty left.
The UMD men’s squad also signed a forward in winger Braden Fischer of the North American Hockey League’s (NAHL) Minot Minotauros.
He dealt with a slew of injuries last season but had six goals and 13 assists in 27 games.
