Hermantown baseball holds off Duluth East in road finale

On Wednesday the Hermantown baseball team held off Duluth East 4-3 in the Hawks’ regular season road finale. The game also marked Duluth’s final home game of the regular season.

The Greyhounds next head to Totino Grace on Thursday. Then Duluth East (7-11) and Hermantown (14-4) rematch Friday to end their regular season slates at Hermantown’s Fichtner Field. First pitch is set for 7 p.m.

Bats were alive just not at the right times. Tough to send our Seniors off like that.
