In early June, former University of Minnesota Duluth women’s hockey forward Anneke Linser signed with the Metropolitan Riveters for the 2023-24 season in the Premier Hockey Federation (PHF) before the league was bought out.

Now, she has found a new home overseas. Linser has now signed with the Djurgardens in the Sweden Women’s Hockey League (SDHL).

During her time at UMD, she compelled an impressive resume that included having skated in the third most games in program history, 165, and compiled 42 goals and 51 assists for 93 points.
