Cloquet softball tops Grand Rapids for fourth straight win

Thursday at Braun Park the Cloquet softball team scored eight unanswered runs to best Grand Rapids 8-2 and earn their fourth straight win.
Grand Rapids opened the game with a two-run home run from Lindsey Tuula in the top of the first.
Cloquet would then put up eight runs, led by Blythe Proulx with three RBI, and Carly Johnson with two hits and two RBI.
The Lumberjacks improve to 9-4 and are next scheduled to visit Princeton Friday. Grand Rapids is next scheduled to host Superior Friday.
