#6 UMD Women’s Hockey can’t find back of the net against #2 Ohio State

In a game where goals were at a premium, the #6 UMD Bulldogs Women’s hockey team wasn’t able to find the back of the net as they fell against #2 Ohio State on Saturday.
After a 36-13 shot disadvantage on Friday, the Bulldogs were outshot 42-16 on Saturday.
Ohio State netted four power play goals in the series, with both of their goals Saturday included.
The Bulldogs, now 2-2, will look to rebound when they travel to Mankato, Minn. to face Minnesota State University, Mankato in a Friday-Saturday WCHA series. Friday’s game will get underway at 3:00 p.m.
