Cheesy ‘Funeral’ Potatoes
This recipe should truly be a Minnesota staple – and although it is called Funeral Potatoes, this yummy hot dish goes great as a side for your Thanksgiving or Christmas feast!
It’s just 6 simple ingredients thrown into your pan and mixed together.
1 8 oz Top the Tator
1/2 t garlic salt
2 cups Velveeta cheese (or you can try another creamy brand)
2 cans Cream of Potato soup
1 large bag of O’Brien Potatoes
1/2 cup parmesan cheese on top
Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
