Proper stretching can help improve total body mobility. Two good stretches: Cossack Rock-Backs and Modified Spider-man stretch.

Two stretches, Cossack rock-backs and a modified Spiderman stretch, can help improve total body mobility.

Brigette Williams says the Cossack rock-backs will stretch out the adductors, or inner thighs. The modified Spiderman stretch is done from a lunge position.

She says to focus on slow breathing and slow movement to feel a good stretch.
