The Process: Kettlebell complex
Brigette Williams’ kettlebell complex can be done at home or in the gym.
A kettlebell complex is a series of exercises done in a sequence for a certain amount of reps. This one includes five single-arm rows into five suitcase deadlifts into five single-arm push presses.
Start with one side and then move to the other. She suggests taking a 1-2 minute break after doing the complex on both sides, then repeating the circuit 3-5 times for a mini full-body workout.
