Making a clean sweep

If you’re looking to take your Spring cleaning to the next level, the answer might be a clean sweep.

Professional organizer Kim Schlichting of Live Simply with Kim explains the method, “Picture this whole desk full of stuff… Grab a basket… Honestly just clean sweep it into this.”

She adds that it gives instant gratification and provides an opportunity to see the space without all the stuff.

The next step is to wipe the space down, maybe add a vase or candle. Then sort through the things in another place.

Kim recommends this for your junk drawer, countertops, dressers, and even your floors.
