Homemade Pizza with the Duluth Kitchen Company

The Duluth Kitchen Company has all the gear needed to make a next level homemade pizza.

Alex Kulstad, owner of the Duluth Kitchen Company, along with his niece and nephew, Luci and Nico, showed off some pizza gear and gourmet eats.

Caputo “OO” Flour is extra fine which makes it good choice for pizza dough. This way it won’t rip when you’re making the dough.

If you’re gluten free, Alex recommends Mama Stoen’s pizza dough mix which is made in Red Wing, Minnesota.

He also brought along a Karu model Ooni Pizza Oven. It’s powered by wood pellets and gets up to 900 degrees, meaning you can make pizza in as little as 60 seconds!
