Life coach Jaime Jenson, from Progress Over Perfect Coaching says that there is an easier way to eat healthy this Summer that doesn’t involve a diet mentality.

These are thought, beliefs, or rules learned through past diet experiences, society, or media that we use to guide our current life. “It connects shame and guilt through eating which we don’t want to do,” Jaime says.
