Discord’s attempt to help parents. The messaging app, popular with teens, has just launched its “family center” tool. It lets parents know who their child is communicating with. But parents should know, teens have to allow you to see what they’re doing.

Netflix has made changes to its profile transfer feature. Users can now move profile preferences to an existing account, instead of creating a new one. Netflix says it made the change based on customer requests. The profile transfer feature launched in October.

Finally, Meta is letting users answer video calls on Messenger and Instagram with your profile picture, which will come in handy when you’re not quite camera ready! Meta says the feature will let users feel more present on a call, compared to using the camera-off option.
