Midnight shooting: Authorities searching for suspects

Just after midnight on Friday 19th of May 2023, St. Louis County Sheriff’s office responded to a report of a shooting near the city of Babbitt.

Authorities say individuals forced entry into a residence and began shooting. Upon police arrival the victims of the incident were found to be unharmed and evidence substantiating the shooting was located.

The suspects are said to have fled the scene and their location is presently unknown.

The incident remains under investigation by the St. Louis Co Sheriff’s Office. Anyone with information is encouraged to call the St. Louis Co Sheriff’s Office with additional information.
