With COVID-19 cases continuing to decline, St. Luke’s has loosened its restrictions on people visiting patients.

Visitors will no longer be required to show a proof of vaccination or negative PCR test. However, visitors must wear masks, be symptom-free, and not awaiting a COVID test result.

Also, there is no longer a limit on the number of visitors per day. Many patients can now have two visitors at a time between 6 a.m. and 8:30 p.m.

The full policy is posted at slhduluth.com/visitors.

Essentia Health also loosened their restrictions last week. Details are posted at https://www.essentiahealth.org/covid-19/hospital-clinic-visitor-guidelines/.
