Prep Sports Extra 9/3: Opening week in Minnesota, week 3 in Wisconsin

The Two Harbors, Cloquet, and Moose Lake/Willow River football teams were among a number of Minnesota squads to pick up season opening victories on Friday.
Two Harbors downed Barnum 53-20 on the road. The match marked the Agates first win as a co-op with Duluth Marshall, and the Hilltoppers first football game since 2015.
Moose Lake/Willow River held off Hermantown to win 28-21 on the road.
At Egerdahl Field, Cloquet defeated the Rails 38-6 notching their fifth straight win over Proctor.
In Wisconsin, Northwestern downed Spooner 21-6 to improve to 3-0 on the season.
