High pressure will continue to dominate the middle third of the country over the next several days. Extremely hot weather is expected all weekend long. Hot temperatures in the 80s to near 90 expected through the weekend with strong southerly winds with gusts of 20 to 25 mph. This wind will bring in plenty of moisture making for extremely humid conditions as dew points climb into the 70s. The combination of heat and humidity could see heat indices climb to 100°F, this includes Duluth.
