Your extended weekend forecast

Post-holiday travel currently looks to be pleasant with no widespread precipitation expected in the Northland today through Sunday.

There will be a few clouds towards the Arrowhead region this morning, but then skies will clear this afternoon into the early evening hours. Clouds will return tonight, but we stay dry for the weekend.

Afternoon highs today will be in the upper thirties to low forties. Overnight lows will be close to freezing.

Saturday will be the warmest day for at least a week, warming to the upper forties for most of the Northland. A cold front will move in Sunday, dropping afternoon highs back down to the low thirties.

Snow chances return Monday night.
