Justin Liles: Plenty of Sunshine Tuesday

May 13th: A nice Tuesday

A nice Tuesday

Tonight, high pressure will continue to be in control and as a result a Frost Advisory has been issued for the Arrowhead including Duluth until 9am Friday. This frost advisory will extend into northern Wisconsin too. More sunshine is expected with high pressure still dominating our area. We will see a chilly breeze off the lake making shoreline communities much cooler than farther inland.

Showers will return late Wednesday and through Thursday. It’s not going to be a washout, but with the mixture of a cool breeze off the lake shoreline communities may see fog Wednesday night and Thursday. A mix of sun and clouds returns Friday with a chance of some light rain. Saturday may see some light rain in the morning, followed by sunshine, and then more rain late in the afternoon and early evening.
