Sabrina Ullman: More severe weather possible Tuesday

Tonight will be cloudy with showers and thunderstorms likely before 7 pm. Overnight lows will be in the fifties to low sixties.

We take a break from rain late tonight into Tuesday morning, but most of the 4th will be rainy. Scattered severe thunderstorms are likely for most of the area in the afternoon to early evening timeframe. Heavy rain, large hail, and damaging winds are all risks during this time.

Rain will continue through Tuesday night as the storms weaken. Rain will exit the region midday Wednesday.

A 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms, mainly before 7pm. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 60. East wind around 5 mph becoming calm in the evening.
