Sabrina Ullman: A few showers tonight into Monday

Tonight will be mostly cloudy with rain south of Hwy-2. A few lingering showers Monday morning may reach the Twin Ports and areas along the South Shore.

The vast majority of the Northland will not have additional accumulation with this round of rain. Areas stretching from Hinckley to Butternut can expect a tenth of an inch to a quarter of an inch with localized higher amounts possible.

Monday will have a light east wind and afternoon highs in the upper sixties to mid-seventies. We will be back in the eighties Tuesday and Wednesday.

A cold front Wednesday afternoon will bring our next chance of widespread rain. Drought conditions will continue to worsen for the foreseeable future.

Mostly cloudy, then gradually becoming sunny, with a high near 72. East wind around 10 mph, with gusts as high as 20 mph.

Sunny, with a high near 82. Breezy, with a west wind 5 to 15 mph, with gusts as high as 20 mph.

Wednesday

A slight chance of showers between 1pm and 4pm, then a slight chance of showers and thunderstorms after 4pm. Partly sunny, with a high near 82. Windy, with a southwest wind 15 to 25 mph, with gusts as high as 40 mph. Chance of precipitation is 20%.

Thursday

Sunny, with a high near 76. Breezy, with a northwest wind around 20 mph, with gusts as high as 30 mph.

Friday

Sunny, with a high near 83. Breezy, with a south wind 10 to 15 mph, with gusts as high as 25 mph.
