November 10: Cool for now, warmth on the horizon

Daily forecast from the WDIO Storm Track Weather Team

Our Friday is cloudy with rather steady temps. We start off in low to mid-30s, then highs will only be a couple of degrees warmer ranging from low 30s north to upper 30s south. An area of flurries and light snow showers moves across the Arrowhead this morning and taper off. The South Shore will keep a lingering chance for light snow and wintry mix through the day due to lake effect.

After that, there’s a low chance for a little rain/snow Saturday evening and overnight. Sunday afternoon may see a few sprinkles trying to slide south of the Canadian border. These minimal precipitation chances are all we have on the horizon as a quiet and warm weather pattern takes over next week.

Tonight features low to mid-20s, then we rise to mid-30s to low 40s looking from north to south on Saturday. Warmer air moves into the region Saturday night with lows staying mostly in the 30s, then Sunday sees highs in 40s and low 50s. By Tuesday and Wednesday, most areas should top off in the 50s.
