Justin Liles: A nice weekend heading our way!
Fair weather skies will carry us through the weekend. There is a chance of seeing some patchy fog early Saturday morning around the region. Temperatures will climb into the mid to upper 30s all weekend long. However, starting Sunday afternoon another round of snow will take aim on the Northland. It will be breezy too. Conditions will likely deteriorate late Sunday night into Monday. This next round of weather looks to be similar to the snow that came through this past Wednesday.
Roads looks to become slick all over and potentially get worse by lunch hour into early afternoon. As of now, the north and south shore could see anywhere from 3-6” with the rest of the region seeing 1-3”. There will likely be less snow the farther north you go just like this past Wednesday. Next week looks quiet all week until possibly next Friday and Saturday. We could see some more wintry weather next Friday.
