Our mild weather will continue for the next few days. Overnight lows will be in the upper forties close to the lake and in the fifties elsewhere.

A few passing showers are possible tonight, Monday, and Tuesday, but there will be minimal, if any, accumulation.

Afternoon highs will be close to 70 degrees on Monday. Tuesday and Wednesday will be slightly cooler, but temperatures stay 5-15 degrees above average until Thursday.

A cold front early Thursday will have temperatures drop to the forties, with overnight lows below freezing. Cooler weather will prevail for the remainder of the week.

Rain is likely Wednesday, lasting into Thursday. There is a slight chance of our first snow accumulation of the season on Thursday morning for the northern portions of St. Louis, Lake, and Cook Counties.
