After being on a three-game winning streak before their last game got postponed, the University of Wisconsin-Superior women’s tennis looked to get back in the winning column as the women’s welcomed the Eagles of the University Northwestern to town.

In the first set of doubles, Eagles Annie Orvis and Abby Johnson knocks one pass Andreina Tejada for an Eagles point, winning the first match 8-0.

In the first singles, Tejada served up a few good ones to Orvis, but it wasn’t enough to get the point as Tejada took the game in both matches, winning 6-3 and 7-6.

The Yellowjackets fall to the Eagles at the end 8-1. The Yellowjackets will hit the courts again on Saturday, April 15th against Bethany Lutheran with first match set for 1 p.m.
