He’s broken Bulldog records and now Armani Carmickle is trying to break into the NFL.

The wide receiver shared on Twitter Thursday that he has declared for the NFL Draft. He also announced that he has signed with an agent.

Carmickle came into UMD as a transfer in 2019 and played three seasons for the Bulldogs.

In that time Carmickle broke both UMD’s records for receiving yards in a single season with 1,315 and receiving yards in a career with 2, 201. Last fall he put up 540 yards with five touchdowns.
