UMD women’s tennis win in final home match of regular season

After opening the weekends first match with a 5-2 win against the Bemidji State Beavers the University of Minnesota Duluth (UMD) women’s tennis team was in search of their 6th win of the season Saturday against the Minnesota Crookston Golden Eagles.
The Bulldogs came into this one riding a two match winning streak as well as Saturdays match being the final home game at the Duluth Indoor Sports Center.
Shay Callaway and Mallory Lithun won their number one doubles match 7-5.
As the Bulldogs won the match 4-2, their third win in a row.
