UMD soccer names Sidney Burrell new assistant coach

Monday the University of Minnesota Duluth (UMD) announced Sidney Burrell as their new assistant women’s soccer coach.
This comes in the wake of Kelly Grgas Wheeler’s departure to become UMD’s Director of Athletic Communications.
Burrell knows the Bulldogs’ conference well. She served as a graduate assistant coach for Concordia University, St. Paul for two years (2020-2022), and played two seasons for the University of Mary, both Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference programs.
She spent last year as an assistant at Colorado State University Pueblo.
